ΣΤΕΙΛΤΕ ΜΑΣ ΕΝΤΟΛΗ ΕΙΣΑΓΩΓΗΣ ΣΚΑΦΟΥΣ
Σας βοηθάμε να φέρετε το σκάφος σας ή τα σκάφη σας, απο μια ξένη χώρα(*) με υπευθυνότητα και διαφάνεια, αναλαμβάνοντας για σας όλη τη σχετική διαδικασία και προ-υπολογίζοντας το τελικό κόστος περίπου και κατά προσέγγιση.
Η δική σας ευθύνη περιορίζεται σε ένα πρώτο έλεγχο επιτόπιο απο τον αντιπρόσωπο μας (το κόστος της επίσκεψης εξαρτάται απο την απόσταση του σκάφους απο την έδρα μα, ενω όλα τα έξοδα συμπεριλαμβάνονται στο τελικό κόστος) και κατόπιν τούτου σε προαιρετικό πλήρη έλεγχο στο σκάφος (survey) απο τρίτη ανεξάρτητη εταιρεία,
ενώ η δική μας ευθύνη αρχίζει απο εκεί και πέρα και εγγυώμαστε ότι το σκάφος θα φθάσει στα χέρια σας στην κατάσταση που πιστοποιήθηκε.
Η διαδικασία αρχίζει ευθύς μόλις μας εξουσιοδοτήσετε να προχωρήσουμε σε έλεγχο για το συγκεκριμένο σκάφος. Ταυτόχρονα με την εντολή σας πρέπει να δώσετε προκαταβολή αντίστοιχη με την αξία του σκάφους, ενώ όλα τα έξοδα που σχετίζονται με την αρχική επίσκεψη στον τόπο του σκάφους και το πλήρες survey συμπεριλαμβάνονται στην τελική κατά προσέγγιση εκτίμηση μας.
Τα έξοδα επίσκεψης περιλαμβάνουν οδοιπορικά των συνεργατών μας προς και απο το σημείο αγκυροβολίας του σκάφους σε σχετική απόσταση απο την έδρα των αντιπροσώπων μας(**) και αργότερα την αμοιβή του προαιρετικού τεχνικού ελέγχου που κυμαίνεται στα 10-15ευρώ/τετραγωνικό πόδι.
Ο έλεγχος καλύπτει κινητήρα(ες) , γάστρα, παρελκόμενα σε ένα εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα . Η εξονυχιστική αναφορά των ελεγκτών καταλήγει σε μια πολυσέλιδη αναφορά που πιστοποιεί την ακριβή κατάσταση του σκάφους τη στιγμή το αγοράζουμε. Η αναφορά αυτή αποστέλεται ηλεκτρονικά ή με ΦΑΞ σε μας και σε σας για να αποδεχθούμε ή όχι την τρέχουσα κατάσταση του σκάφους.
Προαιρετικά ο έλεγχος περιλαμβάνει και δοκιμή στη θάλασσα υπο την εποπτεία των συνεργατών μας για το καλύτερο δυνατό αποτέλεσμα.
Με την αποδοχή του αποτελέσματος του ελέγχου μπορούμε να προχωρήσουμε στο επόμενο βήμα της διαδικασίας που είναι η μεταφορά απο το σημείο προς το λιμάνι απόπλου και στη συνέχεια την παραλαβή και εκτελωνισμό του στην Ελλάδα.
Στην περίπτωση αυτή τα χρήματα που πληρώθηκαν μέχρι εδώ, συμπεριλαμβάνονται στην τελική τιμή.
Η όλη διαδιακασία απο τον έλεγχο μέχρι τον εκτελωνισμό διαρκεί γύρω στους 2 μήνες για σκάφη απο την Αμερική και 2 εβδομάδες για σκάφη απο Ιταλία. Κατα την εξέλιξη ενημερώνεστε συνεχώς τηλεφωνικά ή μέσω email ή μέσω online video κλήσης κατά τον έλεγχο του σκάφους.
Η πληρωμή του του σκάφους, γίνεται με προκαταβολή κατά την έναρξη (20%) και τελική εξόφληση κατά την παράδοση ενω μπορεί να γίνει και σταδιακά στα κεντρικά μας γραφεία ή μέσω τραπεζικού λογαριασμού πάντα σε ευρώ.

We will help you to bring your ship or your ships, from a foreign country (*) to yours
with responsibility and transparency, undertaking for you the all relative bureaucracy and risk and also budgeting for you all the final cost roughly and at approach.
THE ORDER TO IMPORT
Your responsibility will be limited on paying the preliminary expences for visiting the boat while ours will begin from the point that you accept our estimation for the boat and beyond.
The ammount is relative to the distance from our location to the boat location and compensates for the travel expenses + daily fee of our surveyor
THE PROCESS
The process begins immediately as soon as us you authorize us to step forward on investigating for the
a particular ship.
Simultaneously with your command you should advance the expenses
that are related with the preliminary inspection(visit) and these include all travelling expenses of our
collaborator to and from the point of the ship at a relative distance from our locations. When the full reportage(email, photographs, video) of our collaborator on the vessel will be accepted we lead to the next step. Otherwise the process is terminated at that point for the particular vessel. The expenses paid can compensate by selecting another boat from the same location at that time upon the option given by our collaborator.
The next step is optional and refers to a full technical survey of the boat, particularly if the boat is old enough, that oscillates at the rate of 10-15 euros/ cubic foot through a third party surveyance company. The surveyors are invited to come to inspect the boat. The survey includes engine(s),stern drives, hull and all electronic and electric parts, in legitimate time interval.
The process leads to a detailed multi-page report, of the condition of the vessel as estimated by the 3rd party company.
The report will compensate for the precise condition of the vessel, the moment we want to buy.
The report with photos and video, is send to us in electronic form or by FAX to us in order to accept or not the situation of the particular ship.
Optionally the survey will include:
Sea trial under the supervision of our collaborators for the better possible estimation.
With the acceptance of the outcome, we can advance in the next step the packaging(on a cradle or trailer) and transport from the vessel location to the embarkation port.
Following the survey is the preparation (packaging) of the vessel to depart from the location of the dealer-owner to the embarkation port if the destination is over the sea.
From the port the boat will be loaded on a cargo-ship(or a ro-ro ship) on a scheduled itinary.
It is estimated over the Atlantic ocean the trip duration to be about 2-3 weeks.
Upon delivery of the ship at the destination port, the vessel will be inspected to verify the condition as certified by the surveyors.
If everything is fine, we proceed to custom clearance otherwise we will compensate for any disorder.
Normally this process will be pre-prepared while the boat travells, therefore it will only last for a few days.
DURATION
The complete process from the inspection up to the custom clearance lasts
around 2 weeks before embarkation and 2 weeks after plus the ocean trip duration.
TRANSPARENCY
For the process development you can be kept informed on a continuous basis by phone or via email or
even through online video.
PAYMENT
The payment of final cost of ship, is paid by an advance depending on the boat value, to our head office in Greece and the rest upon delivery.
